Running around town looking for Lola
Alright so we were supposed to check out the movie Run Lola Run or Blade Runner as part of the class and seeing as I am a bit of a pop culture fail I decided to go look for it last night in hopes to check out the movie and watch it with my room mates. I traveled to two Red Box theaters where you can rent movies for $1 a day and the movie was in neither one. I figured okay, I'll take the drive to Blockbuster and surely they'll have it there. Turns out there's only ONE working Blockbuster in Gainesville, which makes me wonder 'Where do people rent the movies they wanna watch?'. This led me on two trains of thought, one that people don't really watch movies since there are SO many things to do around campus and with class and stuff everyone is just busy and two that everyone just downloads them or watches them online. This made me feel like I was totally old school. So as far was actually watching Run Lola Run, I failed. BUT I did find out where the only Blockbuster is in Gainesville and will soon be looking for alternative ways to watch movies. Any ideas?

I would have also tried going to Blockbuster, so don't feel too old. XD
Also there are a bunch of Redboxes around town though they probably wouldn't have either of these movies its a cheap way to rent other movies. there are some at Walgreens on the corner of 13th st 16th blvd, Albertsons on 13th, and I think the McDonalds on 13 but that one I'm unsure about...
Either way Netflix is prob the best...
Also we requested it in Library West, i think were picking it up tomorrow
but thanks guys!
