Does anybody remember Goosebumps books?

Would Goosebump books be considered interactive?I remember reading the book until you reached a point in the story where you can 'chose' from a list what your next move will be. After choosing, you had to turn to that page to see what will happen. Sometimes it was good or bad. But never the less an analogical interactive book, right? In the end there might be one or two endings, but how the reader got there might have about 20 different variations.

Yes! I used to be obsessed with the Goosebumps books when I was a kid. I remember when the interactive ones came out, definitely a cool idea. I would always save my spot a couple times so I could go back to critical decisions and try to reach different parts of the story.

Same here! I loved reading the goosebumps books. Those books were classics, man!
Yes! This is my go-to example for how to design our game/story for this class. I read these books when I was 6 and 7, however, so sometimes it got slow for me finding the pages and reading the chapters.
