The Social Layer and now... The Gaming Layer

I discovered this video from one of my friends on facebook a while ago. It suggests that now we might start integrating gaming into our entire lives, including school and work. You do certain projects to gain experience points which, at the end of the year, can net you a certain amout of school credits, a promotion, a raise, etc. Check this out, who knows, maybe it really will influence our future.
