So I'm not really sure how to tag...
LIke I said, I'm not really sure how to tag, so I suppose I'll ask next class. But for now I'll blog about my experiences with some types of 3d sims and what not. Growing up my dad was a fighter pilot, so I had access now and then to ride multi-million dollar military flight simulators. It was always pretty cool, even though I only got to do it a couple times. I remember how amazing they seemed at the time, because they were 3d graphics in a world where I had previously experienced 8-bit Nintendo and 16-bit Super Nintendo. It was like I was flying a fighter plane. I actually remember purposefully seeking out a Mcdonalds (and yes, they actually had stuff like that programmed in if you managed to get close enough to the floor) and crashing into it. Needless to say, the graphics on these simulators is nowhere near as amazing as it used to be, however they are still better than any game you'll ever play, depending on how you look at it. Some actually move with you so you feel the tilt of the incline, and all of them have an extensive amount of buttons and switches that you will never figure out unless you are by modern/conventional standards a pilot. The fun of it is messing with them and seeing what happens. Anyway, I'll expand on this later with some of the technicalities involved with the simulators. Please let me know if you have any questions.

flight simulator, 3d graphics, Nintendo, sims, simulator rides, military entertainment etc. tags do not need to be words that are actually on the post, but rather concepts related to it.
