Legend of the Seeker

So, I was playing Adventure Quest and the sponsor of the game happens to be a cool new TV series: Legend of the seeker. The story and setting of this TV series is similar to that of Lord of the Rings. Check it out! What do you guys think?

I read the whole series, loved it. Started watching the TV show and really didn't like it. Very Xena the Princess Warrior. By the way they also canceled the show after it's first season. :D

I also watched the first few episodes but got bored and stopped. Even with great source material, the TV episodes felt like just another color-by-numbers fantasy show. I guess it's a good example of how we should pay attention to our projects so they don't end up feeling completely cliche!

The costumes in this show are just ridiculous. They really seem to push the envelopes. I seem to find this show on random sunday afternoons for no apparent reason and at no fixed time.
