Group 3 Ideas
I am really content with this story and I like it a lot but I think that the items that the user would have to gather should be related to the story and not just grabbed from other stories just because we can. We should make the items understandable to the user, things grandmother really would use. We should use things like food, dishes, lighting devices like the candle from Beauty and the Beast, clocks but not things like Cinderella's slipper because what does that do for our story or the grandmother. I don't know maybe it's just me but I don't see how some items tie into our story.
Some additional items I would like for us to think about is:
1.Picnic Basket- Antz
2.Picnic Blanket- Antz or Bee Movie
3.Umbrella- Marry Poppins (maybe if picnic is outside)
4.Peach- James and the Giant Peach
That's all I can think of right now but will post as ideas come but we should start choosing which movies we are using because time is of the essence. I believe we have more than enough choices so we should start choosing.
Give feedback please.

Sounds Good, I think monday we should have a final idea for each stories are we going to use and how the relate to the story.
You are about to finish the "Discovery" phase of the project:
Develop models, scenarios, analysis and feasibility assessments.
Define the requirements, scope, timeline, budget (your time and resources) and benchmarks for the project.
If you go back and re-read the "How to do it" post it will make a lot more sense now.
I would still define the benchmark of the project, what outcome or experience would validate the concept, so that you can tell when it works!
Your next stage that starts next week would be the Design phase.
Minh-Tam comment made me think about a sort of "Find Waldo" experience, since the player is trying to find the appropriate items but don't necessarily know what they are. (the basket in Sleeping Beauty or whatever else.)
So the idea is finally taking form
