Stop Motion Familiarity

I've been familiar with stop motion for a long time now.  I've actually attempted it myself on several occasions.  For the most part these were unsuccessful, but some of them turned out pretty well.  On that note, I had never seen the Quay Brothers until now.  I won't deny the fact that they showed great talent and perception in making the film we watched, but I wasn't 100% enthralled with it.  I even watched it again at home and found myself more interested in the music of it than the actual film.  I don't know... perhaps I'm not quite artistic enough.  Anyway, those are just my two cents... The guys are talented, but it's not my cup of tea.  I'll go ahead and blog tomorrow on the chapter... not really up to it tonight I guess.
