The way to use the embed function is through the source code. When you are normally posting, it is on the "compose" tab, at the top right of the box you are typing in. Left of that is a tab called "edit html," if you switch to the code view when you embed the video it will work, then you can just switch back to composing regularly by clicking back on the other tab. You will see a big gray box with a play button in the center once you're back in compose view, this is normal. Hope that helps...
