iPhone Class Action Lawsuit

The issues that they are being sued for are on what applications can be installed on the iPhone and iTouch. Plus there exclusive deal with AT&T in the US.

Lol this really cracks me up. Apple has become what they hate most WINDOWS. Its almost literary in a way; the underdog makes a staggering comeback and kills the giant, for awhile the underdog reigns and the people are happy, but soon enough the underdog becomes complacent forgetting what made him great to begin with, the subjects begin to see the cracks in their heroes armor, and than just like that our championing hero is the new evil giant.
