Workspace tracking milestones

This project was born out of the need to better track certain medical devices during surgery, specifically with the intention of reducing the likelihood of giving an incorrect medication after they have been drawn and placed with other medications drawn into similar syringes. Based on time restrictions of the course, I am laying the foundation for such a project by creating a table that can track tools on it's surface. The capabilities of this device will be shown by using it as a training device for helping users in multi-tool environments to keep their workspace organized to reduce errors.

Week 3-

Set up camera and system for tracking

Write code capable of tracking block on a table.

Week 4-

Refine code to work with more complex systems (ie capable of tracking multiple items)

Week 5-

Write code to show demonstration under two circumstances. (1) Working with simple construction tools, (2) tracking medical devices to teach proper useage and placement of surgical tools.

Week 6-

Full demonstration

Define future directions of project.
