Iterative and incremental development

"Iterative and incremental development" is another way to develop a project. It is considered more efficient comparing to the old "waterfall" model. Here is the link.

Absolutely! that is precisely the idea of the "How To Do It" project structure guide, but because it presents the phases in a linear fashion it might not be as clear. Thanks for posting this "visualization" of the process:-)
That is what "rounds of creative" means. An iterative process that goes around and around until only the essential remains. And that is true to all phases of the project.

agree with that. this is probably why so many versions or builds of the final product need to be made before the final product is ready
