Absolutely! that is precisely the idea of the "How To Do It" project structure guide, but because it presents the phases in a linear fashion it might not be as clear. Thanks for posting this "visualization" of the process:-) That is what "rounds of creative" means. An iterative process that goes around and around until only the essential remains. And that is true to all phases of the project.
