Hi there.
I think that my projects will be something with the Organic Motion stage. Mainly because it is easy yet interesting for me now. I'm thinking about controlling the sound/music from the Organic Motion stage.
During the last class, we were told that Games and everything in the game should have a story.. While that might be try, I personally like games that do not have a long story. For example, I really like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supaplex (has anybody seen or played it?). I think that games without long stories behind everything are also playable and enjoyable.

And this trail is what creates its story, all of which, though hidden from plain view, is nonetheless an intrinsic part of every object in the universe.
So, in the case of games, I was not referring to a story or plot as an essential ingredient, which is not, and mentioned Tetris, created by Alexey Pajitnovas in 1984, the year where George Orwell's dystopian future is set (he was off by a few years!) as an example. But we all know, or perhaps we don't, the rather convoluted story behind this game.
That is what I meant by saying that everything has a story, and as designers we should think about it as part of our discipline.
For someone that has never played games (except one day I tried the Nintendo Mario), the concept of game design is totally new. Well, I am up for the discovery and see if I will be able to materialize what is dancing in my head. For the moment I would like to explore a talking poster (for many different applications). This would cater to the needs of people with different learning needs. For instance, I am unable to follow written directions but will find my way if it is said to me. However to remember a plot for my literature class I need a lot of images. What if we could interact with the information without the need of the individual PC?
