I've used this program, and an issue it has is not being able to open .mp4 files or things like it, but there's a workaround floating around the internet. What really makes this a useful tool, in my opinion, is its ability to deal with things in frames.
As a movie editor, its utility is limited, but it's really useful for cropping movies and such.
